I agree, very harsh decisions against us today yet again. Some were just stupid plays by us but some were just pedantic

The thing that wound me up is that things which were an issue last week with Bentham such as... oh, I don't know... late challenges on the kicker, weren't with Alibert.

But it wasn't just that, decisions flagged for one side weren't for the other - yes, I mean the blatant offsides and not standing square by the Cas side.

It goes back to the point I made last week. How on earth can the RFL hope to maintain a Respect strategy in respect of the referees when there is a lack of consistency in the standard of refereeing?

These men are full time employees of the RFL. If I was that inconsistent in my day to day work, I'd expect a "friendly chat" in the office by my boss. My message to Stuart Cummings is get a grip and sort this out.

Let's wait awhile. We are not getting the 50:50 calls, but what we should do is wait until after about round 20 and then take the video evidence to the RFL. That's when the final placings get sorted.

I thought the game was ruined by too many penalties irrespective of who received them. I do know we are not doing anything in the yeackle that Cas were not doing and nor were Wakey and Leeds.

Typical of today, was Piggy running straight at the player not standing square and get's no penalty, 4 plays later, Cas did the same and there goes the whistle.
I'm not saying we should not have been penalised, just play it fair both ways

If a penalty is to awarded for a misdameaner then fair do's but the same must be applied to both teams and not just us .Cas got away with murder.

From where I was Cas seemed to be offside during the play of the ball for the majority of the match and were rarely penalised for it. Ryan Hudson was the main instigator.

I think that the refs are told to keep the games interesting if possible. I.E if one team is gathering a lead peg a few easy penalties to the opposition get them in good position and let them get back in it.

More often than not each team will get a run of penalties that are lets say "soft" and it tends to be the team down on points or considered "weaker"

I'm not convinced that any of their 'late hits' were actually outside the rules but it's the comparrison with Farrell that's the issue. We should've had numerous penalties for picking out the offside men and they get all the penalties for it.

He should've binned a Cas player in the first half but waits until the match is already decided before doing so. Appallingly weak refereeing.
