The Big One Two - TV Ad Campaign...

Post by chris11 »

Anyone see this? I only spotted it this morning, great for the game and will be interesting to see the viewing figures after the game. Its good to see we are trying to attract more people to watch Rugby League.

First one due on at 2.28pm tomorrow apparently. I shall set my Sky+ to catch it.

Just one thing, how much can this be costing and what is the potential return? The Warrington game is gonna be a huge 4 pointer anway. Doubt extra tickets will cover the cost of a TV advert. Especially an advert thats due to be shown during Corrie!!

20 seconds it is white elephant's link.

would the people who will tune in be watching Loose Women when the advert is run? must be a cheap time slot. Could at least have it around the 6 o'clock news

no idea. Cock or cocker fair enough to a bloke but never heard of cockle, someone's made it up. In one sense its good to see promotion but seems strange they'd do it for a game that will probably have a huge crowd. That said I don't think demand for adverts is that high these days. Also think big one two sounds naff. Why can't we just have a big one each year?

The game is more significant as its the first game being telivised in 3D.Warrington did not bring many speccies with them last season the ones they did wanted to make it a carnival.
