LAST PLACE ON SALARY CAP COULD BE ANOTHER PROP

Post by ddtftf »

This is just a rumour, but I was told that we could be looking for another big prop. What super league club did Baily sign for in the Northwest? he stated early in the NRL season he had signed for a Super League club in the Northwest. We all thought it was Stains but they have signed Mc Carthey Scarsbrook. Fielding and Coley have been offered only a one year contract each for next year.

only way i can see us getting another prop is if Fielden or Coley were to leave.
cant see us going (or affording) four front line props next year - plus Prescott, O'Carroll and Davies
and also Mossop who can cover/move up to the front row.

Or do we sign McCarthey Scarbrough on a four year deal with just a small wage in the first year while we keep coley for another season

His career is TAILing off, IMO, but he'd be COCK-a-hoop if he did get a deal here...
