Good news for some?
Good news for some?
Apparently Wigan can have the League Leaders Trophy presented to them as and when they desire and v Bradford seems the likely choice. Personally, I think it is the wrong time but at least some will have less to complain about.

Bradford is the right choice as its last game of season and likes of me will feel robbed if picked up at hudders game as I go on hols on Saturday esp when it was originally on Friday.

If we win on Sunday (sorry when we win on Sunday)
It should be presented then as that when we will of won it, by the time we get to the last game of the season the moments gone!

My thought too GBH. It may well still be the case as SKY surely want it presented when they are televising the game and have rearranged the kick off etc.GBH wrote:If we win on Sunday (sorry when we win on Sunday)

totally agree with GBH, time for any trophy to be presented is when it is won, otherwise why not play the challenge cup or grand final and then not present the trophy do it on another day i think the point would be lost altogeather

Re: Good news for some?
I presumed (as did most) that it would be on Sunday (if we win or Stains and Wire lose) and that ws why Sky changed the time. Surely the club needs to issue a statement so that the fans know what is going on. Would it put more bums on seats on Sunday if it is announced it will be presented if we win?

Logic dictates that the Trophy should be presented at the END of the Season surely?
