Can anyone confirm if Ben Davies had any game time today?

Yes he did. Came on from start of second half IIRC.

Came on a few minutes before half time.

Half missed a tackle early in 2nd half - then gave away a penalty, think this was just BEFORE they had scored their 1st try. Was then taken off - don't think he returned.

Great, thanks for that.Couldn't make it today as MRS is about to give birth so 1hr 30mins drive wasn't on the cards. Listened on the radio but didn't hear his name mentioned.

Well, he'll learn from the experience albeit a short one and hopefully be hungry to cement a regular pace in the 17 in time

He wasn't the only one that missed tackles in that early second half period! Our defence was awful for that 15 minute spell. He didn't make much impression, though - fortunately we didn't really need our front row for this game, but we'd have struggled against most of the other SL packs, I think, missing Fielden, Prescott, Mossop & O'Carroll. Hansen worked hard, but isn't big enough to play at prop for any length of time (even before his injury).
