Not got mine yet although only bought it last week. Want it soon as so i can get my 10% off voucher for the new shirt. Hopefully before xmas.

KW - is alright for those who were season ticket holders in 2010...
When my mum purchased ours over the phone, she told the lady in ticket office that she was getting them for christmas present... the woman said she'd have them in a couple of weeks or so... the or so is more likley to be after christmas... disappointing.
So as for when you'll get them... after Christmas, apparently.

when i got ours they said they would send them out before Xmas
