Hoffman and Lima OUTSTANDING

Post by cpwigan »

We are going to have to defend Jeff because you know what is coming and he will get it every match. Jon Wilkin ought to be ashamed of himself, what a coward.

Hoffman and Lima were fantastic.

JonH is a numpty. Always has been. He might know about conditioning. RL he knows nothing.

Just read his posts Medlocke. What is he on. Wigan spent the game defending in the main. Lima was superb in terms of defence. Feka may as well retire if the RFL go on with the nancy boy version of RFL and James Roby will be a shoe in for MOS. Scootathon RL.

Has Lima got form for this in Oz? and Stains taking advantage of this to get an early dig in? I would like to see the amount of time that Lima spent on the pitch, to me it wasn't much more than Feka, either that or he was missing from the TV picture a lot so nowhere near the action. I worry when he is boasting about being down to just over 100kgs, thats not enough for a prop.

If the RFL continue with this sham Ian then big props will become extinct. Like every successful team, Melbourne were attacked by jealous opposition teams / fans. Jeff was one of several Melbourne players (all forwards IIRC as you would expect) accused of using dangerous tactics.

He did nothing wrong yesterday.

The interchanges had to be like that yesterday. Tactically brilliant. If all you are doing is defending you need to keep bringing on fresh troops.
