NRL Out of contract players
Borrowed from redvee, but what the heck

207 players out of contract at the end of the season. Who would you realistically think would make a good signing for their position at Wigan?
Nb One time target Fuifui Moimoi is "available" :eh:

Re: NRL Out of contract players
jason ryles and fu fu moi moi to replace lima of the 2 id go for ryles
Re: NRL Out of contract players
Ryles didn't break any pots at Catalans under Robinson.
I know it takes time for a prop to settle into a new team, but if he was unable to replicate his NRL form in Perpignan, he'd be even less likely in the north of England. The weather/lifestyle/culture is much closer to the south of France than here, plus I think he's touching 30 years of age.

Re: NRL Out of contract players
Anyone notice Brett Stewart's name on the list?
Re: NRL Out of contract players
The only out of contract Aussie I want Wigan to sign at the minute is Finchy.
If he had been a couple of years younger I would have said go for Moimoi but at 32 yrs old he's too old.
Looking through the list though there aren't many names jumping out that I think would benefit us, certainly not props anyway.
The only other name that caught my eye was Anthony Quinn of the Storm. Wasn't he at one point rumoured to have been coming to Wigan when Madge came? If he's as good as the other three signings Madge made he might be worth a look.

Anthony won't be at the Storm next year and is looking for a move to a Sydney club, he and his wife have a new born baby so i don't think he will go over to the UK.bazward76 wrote: The only other name that caught my eye was Anthony Quinn of the Storm. To be honest i think he will struggle to get a start in the NRL next season so it will be interesting to see his next move.
