Not a great deal to discuss with this one.
I am taking my 5 year old son to the game on Sunday and have never been to this ground before.
Anyone been before who can advise if there are bariers that i could sit him on or if there is a wall (Central Park) that he could be perched on.
If there is, do you recommend getting in early.
Thanks

Re: Craven Park
I think we are in the opposite stand than we are normally in for this game due to work being carried out. So not sure if there is a barrier sorry.
I've never been in this one before but from what people are saying you will need binoculars to watch the game

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Craven Park
Not the most pleasant of fans the KR bunch by all accounts, especially if they are on the end of a beating at home.
I have friends from Whitehaven who know of young tennagers (13 & 14) who were picked upon and punched after one of Whitehavens visits to Craven Park.

Neither set of supporters have been whiter than white. That is the Hull mob and the Hkr lot.But to be fair it is only the odd few that spoil it all for the rest as is often the case.(Sadly).Fortunately I myself have never personally experienced anything of the violent kind I have heard of.It's more the verbal kind. And lets be honest we do have our own element that can be quite verbal and abusive.
