Preds League 20XIII

Post by ancientnloyal »

Is this happening this year?

2012 had a low turnout but had fantastic prizes on offer. TrueBlueWarrior won a 2013 home shirt at the end of it and you know how expensive they are!

I think, if it goes ahead, entry still £5 but the competition has to:
- get rid of the coaches MOM (which is unfair at times) and replaced with something else

- bring in a 'joker' card where you can use it once to double up points in a given week

- preds for EVERY round home and away

- keep special double pointed rounds to say 4 or so games per season (good friday, magic, cup, a.n.other) as doing it randomly at times, someone can leapfrog the whole field being lucky just once. award consistancy

- aim to get a good number of players this year so we can donate left overs to the site and have a battle royale

Thoughts?

I am excluding myself from taking monies this time - i cant get to every game early on.

If anyone interested put names down before anything starts up

Can't really do it now for prizes etc, i'd thought a lot more would be into it.

Anyone up for a weekly pred league for free? I dont mind keeping score.
