Lot of rumours coming out of Hull that Briscoe to Wigan is a done deal?
Apparently he has numerous offers on table from Super League and NRL clubs but Wigan is his preferred destination.
Anyone with any knowledge Re this?

Financially we are more than capable of getting Briscoe.
Big question is, does the NRL appeal to him? Some players have no desire to go there.
If that's the case, and he wants to stay in SL, I would say we are in a more advantageous position than most SL clubs chasing his signature.

I'm pretty ambivalent about him coming here. I think he is good enough to wear the cherry and white and could do a job for us, but as said above I wouldn't be gutted if he didn't come.
