Moved it here. Checked the club web site, nothing, HKR's, nothing, but Wigan Today has this:

but I trust them as far as could throw Scott Taylor.

Restrictions of the salary cap?

Can't see how we are anywhere near it unless IL has re-signed the young players on a fortune, which he hasn't.

The comment about being covered in the centres is just depressing.

Maybe, we've got a real marquee signing lined up but I won't hold my breath.

There's nothing on that Twitter thing so it might be a wind up, not by the op I hasten to add.

Total RL have said they have big transfer news first thing and the way the local paper has reported it make it robust enough for me to expect the announcement in the morning.

Agreed. Weakest position by far and even worse if Goulding goes.

As to salary cap if we have "spent up" then IL is worse than Mo at managing it!

I doubt we have and rather Goulding's value is rated as what it is by the club (i.e. lower than he is worth to HKR which may not be a fortune anyway).

If the club, especially Wane, thinks we are OK in the centres he is placing too much faith in Gelling, Thornley and Sarge.

Me either but they kept Joel a secret so I live in hope.

It has now appeared on Sky. We now need to find a replacement -Collis, Crooks? In my view we should have gone for Percival.

It has appeared on Sky so I moved it back again!

We need to sign a right centre, end of.

Yes and another prop if Taylor goes and a halfback to replace Green.

Why is there always a turnover of players every year? What is actually going on at the club that means players don't want to stay or are forced out? I cant even list the amount of players we keep losing. it seems to be four or five every year

Does anyone know why a bunch leave every year? Is it the players themselves, Waney, IL, a mix of all them? I know every situation is different but there must be something somewhere that links it all up
