This is becoming farcical and we'll never be able to compete with the Aussies if they keep taking all our best players. Theory might well be that they go and play in a better league and are improved as a result but certainly doesn't happen in most cases - even Budgie looks like a complete novice on the few times he's played for the Roosters and in the meantime clubs over here are left to pick up the pieces and start again. Money talks though so the solution to it won't be easy, never mind the RFL is doubtless on the case ...................or maybe not.
