Bateman

Freakish player IMO. Tonight he brushed off Gareth Ellis (MOS IMO) who is a fantastic defender. He may be older now but I watched Ellis in his pomp repeatedly batter Gaz Hock in his pomp at Headingley every single tackle.

Bateman is a freak IMO. The way he retains balance and sheer strength.

Has to wear the number 13 next season as Lockers is getting too many injuries. Freak of a player, good enough to play NRL.

Certainly need to build the team around him. Possible captain.

England RL has a very strong pack, however, Bateman should be one of the first names in that back row.
He plays for 80 minutes, deserved of more than a substitutes seat.

Top player we need to give IFL some credit for shelling out for JB.

We do indeed. Every week I think, how can someone so (relatively) small be so strong? He is just a beast.
