Depends what you mean by better.

In terms of trophies won, we did because as we all know we got the big prize.

Overall though I suspect watching Wire was more enjoyable for their fans than watching Wigan was for us in the majority of games despite the fact we won the same number of games.

One day soon a team will get it right. They will deliver entertaining RL throughout the season AND win the GF.

It has to be Wigan. We are the champions. I've had my doubts/concerns throughout this season regarding Wane, but he has delivered the main objective with an unprecedented injury hit squad. Shaun Wane deserves all the plaudits. I still think that for most teams it has been a peculiar season.

ill try to look at it from a neutral point of view...

Who would, impay to go and watch the answer prior to the (ironically) Warrington game I would pay to watch Wire for me along with Cas they play a way I like to see.

The fact that after the hopefully watershed Widnes game Wigan may well have turned into a side the nuetralmin me would happily pay to watch because when they play Wigan are excellent.

The seasons over who would you rather be today a Wigan fan or Warrington.... I feel ok with how it's turned out. I imagine without the injuries it may not have felt quite as good.

I have to confess that ironically I think this is the most boring Wire team I have seen in maybe 8 seasons in terms of the scootathon tactics. I do not blame Smith as it was pragmatic but it also goes against IMO what he preaches as good RL.

I think they blew teams away and then probably entertaimed but also therein was their problem that in a dogfight they spent most of the season battering opponents.

Answer to the question is wire

However I'd take how we won this year to winning every game 50+ points to nil.
Joy wouldn't feel so good if it wasn't for pain.
