Post by FWarrior »

Solomona signing for Sale was perfect for Wigan.

Several wingers at Sale. Solomona will be ahead of Charnley. Josh returns after a season.

So why would Sale have just signed him and given Josh a 3 year contract ?

He was signed before Solomona. Every Wigan player who has left has signed for longer than they ever staid. Charnley back in 12 months with a nice wedge.

doubt it, Charnley is alot bigger that Sol, i don't think he would be behind, him, better mixture of size and speed compared to just speed. and no matter how good sol was last season he had alot to thanks his centre for.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

He might have had a dozen passes by then. He must be bored stiff other than counting his pennies.

Do not need him both wingers we have now are better. Both Manfredi and Budgie were first choice wingers in 2015 when all 3 were in the squad.

Waste of cap space to spend on a position we are more than sorted in.

Honestly i'd have thought Joshwas more suited to Union than the other fella to be honest.

Solomon a is a left winger and Charnley is more suited as a right winger.
Sale's wing issues sorted with two class wingers and can't see either returning to SL soon unless they're seen as misfits by the rfu.

Both could be massive 'white elephants' PM, going off the amount of good ball they are likely to see in a season, let alone a match for Sale !

So far they lost an home game by 30pts, and an away game by 50pts, and they reckon Josh was the star performer !
