Disciplinary
Singleton at Leeds looks like he is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines following his disgusting off the ball attack on Greg Bird. Deliberately hitting a guy with your elbow when he is not looking is not acceptable in our game, an eight game ban will not be enough.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Let's hope he never does that to Benny Flower!!

Re: Disciplinary
I have to admit, when I first heard about this (before I'd seen the incident), my first thought was, it couldn't have happened to a nicer bloke! :badg:
Seeing it, though, it is nasty cheap shot, no doubt.

Re: Disciplinary
I fancy Greg Bird won't let this rest.
Maybe not even this season, but my money is on him catching Singleton sometime.
I've known players waiting years to get someone back and bird seems the type.

I believe Keith Hepworth never played against Wigan again after breaking Colin Tyrer's jaw in the CCF!Panchitta Marra wrote:I fancy Greg Bird won't let this rest.
