Challenge Cup Winners 2024!

Post by PorterjohLam »

Get in!

Eckersley was superb given his lack of experience, absolutely gave his heart for the shirt, we were an absolute grinding machine and absolutely battered them. Should've scored more but that's just nitpicking.

On a separate note, thank Christ we didn't sign Williams back. Absolute crap.

Brilliant result and well deserved.

Thought we were going to be playing 14 after Coopers ridiculous sin bin but then as as bad refs do he evened it up by an equally daft sin bin on the Warrington player.

Very happy and will be having a few shandy’s tonight :D

100% Dufty only went because Cooper walked
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

True but neither should have walked but to be fair to the ref there were not many more high tackles.

Chuffed. Missed my first Wigan cup final since 1990 today, as I’m in Turkey on holiday (I wish they’d stop moving the dates) but enjoyed watching it and having a good time now celebrating.

Enjoy everyone, what a team we have!

Been a long long time since we missed out on final illness and our upcoming holiday out paid to the trip sadly but it is what it is chuffed with the result now that’s won now to the big one in October and the hubcap as queen once sang I want it all

In Finals it is the result that is all that matters. Our lads won it.
Well done to all, players, coaches and all at the club.

We criticise when things go wrong and we lose.

Today the lads won it and it never looked like any other result was possible.
Four trophies all at the same time is truly exceptional and well done to the players and coaches who have achieved this.

Absolutely superb and well done to all.

It was also Liam Moore the video ref who told the ref to sin bin Cooper. Absolutely guaranteed to have watched it back in slow motion to come to that ridiculous decision though maybe even that is too generous an excuse.
