Ticket Office and Store Temporary Closure

Post by josie andrews »

* Ticket office and Club Store to close temporarily on Tuesday to allow staff to pay respects to our colleague.

* The Club understands it will be a busy period but ask for patience from supporters.

* Club will communicate updates via social media on Tuesday.

WIGAN WARRIORS AND WIGAN ATHLETIC WILL BE CLOSING THE TICKET OFFICE FOR TELEPHONE AND IN PERSON SALES FOR A THREE-HOUR PERIOD ON TUESDAY 8TH OCTOBER, FROM 12.00PM UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 3PM. ONLINE SALES WILL CONTINUE DURING THIS PERIOD HERE.

The decision has been taken to allow staff from both Club’s to attend the funeral of our colleague and friend Carol Madden

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and frustration for some supporters who wish to buy tickets in person and on the phone during this window, but ask for patience given the circumstances. We will endeavour to reopen the Ticket Office earlier where possible, please keep an eye on our social media pages for further updates.

Anybody waiting in the queue during this period can leave their details with a steward and you will be given a call back as a priority once the ticket office reopens.

The Club Store at Robin Park Arena will also close on Tuesday afternoon. Please see below for full opening hours this week:

* Monday – 10am – 5pm
* Tuesday – 9am – 12pm
* Wednesday – 10am – 5pm
* Thursday – 10am – 5pm
* Friday – 10am – 5pm
* Saturday – 9am – Until Supporter Coaches and Buses Leave
* Sunday – CLOSED

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
