Hull FC's Jordan Rapana among six players charged by disciplinary

Hull FC full-back Jordan Rapana has been charged by the RFL's Match Review Panel for a late contact on a Wigan Warriors player during Saturday's thrilling Challenge Cup victory.

Rapana hit Wigan centre Adam Keighran late in the build-up to Zach Eckersley's first try, with the Hull player handed a Grade B charge for a 'late contact on the passer' offence. He has been handed three penalty points, taking his season total to 4.5.

The former Kiwi international has also been fined, seeing his penalty points for the challenge on Keighran halved in the process. He is now just 1.5 points off a first suspension of the year.

Elsewhere, Wigan forward Kaide Ellis received one point for a Grade A 'late hit on the passer' charge. Four more players—Keenan Palasia, Nick Gregson, Jack Croft, and Taane Milne—all received one point.
