Ignoring the fact we may not be in SL next season, I think that's our overseas quota full now. Baily and Barrett replace Dallas and Moran on the quota, with presumably Fletcher staying on as the third quota player.

Yeah he's OK Baily. I've seen him a few times, I'd say he would be the stand out player for the sharks.
The problem is next season is too late.
Do the Wigan board know something we don't? It just seems strange that Wigan are able to attract these players even though most people are talking about us being in NL1 next year? And also how will we be able to afford these players with the NL1 salary cap?

Excellent. I've wanted the club to sign Phil Bailey ever since he did that duet with Phil Collins in the 80s...

On paper (yeah, I know!) a decent signing, although I'm not sure about the value of using up a quota spot with yet another second rower, when we have such glaring deficiencies in other positions.

Does this make it look like Tickle will be leaving?

I'm with Geoff here - we need to strengthen in the centres now, not the pack.

Another second rower ???

Am I sooooo far removed from reality in thinking that thats about the only postion where Wigan actually have enough quality players ?

And possibly another prop, with Jerry retiring. I'm still not convinced that Prescott and Hargreaves will be able to bulk up enough, especially with Nobby's preference for REALLY big forwards. It's already noticeable how much "go-forward" we lose when Feca and Logan have to come off.
