Out of challenge cup. SO WHAT!

Post by Top Cat »

This match was a nothin match. The players wont b up for it knowing its Saints next week and they are fighting relegation. Be honest, whats more important, stayin up or gettin thru to the next round of somethin we just wont win!.

I think saints match will b the turnin point of the season . Not a match against Salford in a cup game we know we couldn't give 100% to. Bring on the Saints!!!!!! :craz:

What do you mean, so what? A lot of people have worked damned hard to earn the money to watch this game. Our players should give their all in every match, irrespective of what competition it is.
Maybe, if we had won tonight, we could have got into a winning habit. Maybe not, It's Saints next week.

I want confidence to turn up next week, thats what! Never mind the players, that was our full team out there unless you hadn't noticed, I, and many others have paid good money as season ticket holders. I want us to win every match because I am greedy, and that is how the players should see it. Question, is moran the reciprocal of morale, as in moving backwards?

The point I am trying to make is that professional players should be up for every match. We, the supporters, deserve 100% effort every game. We are paying the wages of these freewheelers.

If that's the case then "Top Cat" would'nt it have been courtious of a senior member of the team to inform the travelling supporters ( in the papers perhaps? ) not to bother, because they would be wasting their money. I wish I could turn up at work for a hundred and twenty minutes per week with the salary they (the players are on), and not bother.
