I'll check when I watch the video, but don't think he was worse than anyone else.

:doz: gave away a few penalties and the plays he made worked for and against in equal measures. i dont think he has delivered since being given the captaincy of a struggling team, also the panic on the pitch is not controlled by a strong captain.

as an aside Tickle take away kicking duties and put some heart back into your performances, look at Hock do what he does get back to basics Mr Tickle.

I suspect Dobson may get the kicking now. Would have been even closer if danny had kicked those two conversions (that normally he'd have got, no trouble) He missed a couple in practice before the game, too.

His mistakes cost us match by gifting Saints 12 first half points.

He failed to drop on the ball when Lyon threw it to the ground losing it to a Saints player. They go on and score. And with about a minute to go to half time puts out a ridiculous pass in his own 20m area which is intercepted. A "Kevin Brown" special no less. Absolutely idiotic play at that stage of the game.

We were playing catch up form then on due to extremely poor play by him which of course altered the complexion of the game.

Two mistakes by him, two tries by Saints.

I know that, Dave, it was the "penalties" bit I was querying. Already said he had a patchy game.

Fair enough. I didn't think he gave any particularly stupid penalties away. I thought there were some bizaree decisions to be honest.

There are going to be a lot of the team glad of next week off, I think. Some massive hits out there (legal and otherwise).

He gives away penalties every week now for high shots, he's throwing passes out that are never on every week. I dont know whats going on with him, but he needs to sort a few thngs out.
