Ashton

Post by chrisJJ »

Fittingly Chris Ashton has scored the most tries for wigan this year.

What a season he has had. Hopfully he will be staying in the cherry and whites neAshton could easily get in to the GB squad if not this year deffinetly next year. He has had a great season and deserves more than applause but ar well....

one of the reasons i think he will stay is because of this. he is more than capable of making GB next year and could even play wing for them this year if need be. nobby is a keen admirer and i believe his time will come.

The reason I think he will stay is because he said he was going to last night after the game as he left the ground.

if wellens gets injured in the last minute of the grand final (like so many saints players have done in the past to avoid the gb shirt) then ashton must be the only alternative

He'd be a great contender.
