I believe Saints will again finish top but it wont be as easy as 2006.

Sts
Wigan
Hull
Leeds
Bradford
Warrington

I believe with Noble as our supremo we will do quite well... Barrett and Bailey wont be superstars in the first few matches but will slowly get to grips with the english game. One question is our prop situation... we need 1 more quality prop tor eally challenge for a 2nd place finish.

2nd place, what cloud are you on. Can,t see us doing very well, next years success can not be gauged on the back end of last season as we simply are not the same team. the feeling ive got, i think we will end up in either 6/7/8th place

Everything will depend on injuries. Top 4 is possible if we get lucky with injuries. If our 2 props and/or halfbacks get injured we could be anywhere down to 10th.

It's the prop situation that worries me the most. I think we'll start slowly (as we always seem to do), but when Barrett & Leuluai start to click we'll finish sgtrongly. I've voted for 4th. An injury to either Fielden or Feca would put us right in the mire, though. I can see Prescott or O'Carroll filling in for the odd game, but not for an extended spell. Moving Fletcher up to the front row is an option, with Hock & Hansen in the second row, but he isn't really a prop, and nor is Hill, IMO.

Fletcher to prop will happen Geoff I reckon. we may see Bailey move between centre and second row too.

If DV is on the pitch then someone will have to cover him defensively!

Interviewer: So that obviously means that you're not going to St Helens and you're not going to Leeds?

Frano: I don't know why I would ever want to go to St Helens or Leeds

And they could be right. Injuries to any one of Feka, Fielden, Barrett or Lulu and we have no adequate cover.

And with no goal kicker we will loose more close games then we win.

Only 6 points separated 5th from 10th this season, so it could easily be that close.
