<t>Bladerunner, the film, concerns itself with memories and how they matter. Towards the end of the film( Rutger Hauer? ) says a line ,something to the effect of - “ I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe, - attacked ships on fire, on the shoulders of Orion ….I’ve seen sea beams …glittering do...

Re: Statistics cannot lie.
The thing I’d like to know Ian is : “ Do you work out these little problems as a sort of mental exercise, in order to distract yourself from thinking about that young girl in a bikini ?”

Re: faith in wane
<t>I have posted elsewhere that I have faith in SW, and also the ‘Kids’ coming through the academies. We have a good squad. And if, (let’s hope not) we lose the odd match, we won’t suddenly be at the bottom of the league table. Providing we stay relatively injury free, I think we will be contesting ...

Re: Need I say more??
I may be wrong on this Kiwi, but I always thought when you were 'overjoyed 'the phrase used was spelt Cock a Hoop. But I reckon SW finds that result"acceptable"

Re: Need I say more??
<t><br/> I’ve read this thread with increasing irritation. I appreciate that (in another world) Alan Hansen said that “you’ll win nowt with kids“ but he was talking about a slightly easier game with less demanding physical requirements. <br/> As a result of watching Wigan over the decades, I have se...

Re: New Kits
<t>Wigan play in cherry and white hooped shirts. We have an honourable tradition.Look at old footage of past matches and it stands out. <br/> We can ring the changes every now and then, and change kit in order to support the team, and there's nowt wrong with that. But, when you see Cherry and White ho...

<t>Richard Lewis as chairman of the Rugby Football League is quite right to sell the broadcasting rights for Rugby League for as much as he can get. He also has a duty to promote the game as a whole, to get as large an audience as possible. We, as punters, want to see the best coverage we can get.<b...

Wigan's pitch
<t>Just happened to see a bit of the Latics match on television and I was shocked by the state of the pitch at the DW stadium. Now I appreciate that grass doesn't grow as quickly in winter as it does later but they don't seem to have the same problem at say, Old Trafford.- It can't always be the fau...

Re: It's simply the best
<t>Prompted by steve's comments about Saints supporters, I have just spent some time reading the threads posted on "Redvee". Now, whilst they are desperately disappointed about suffering four grand final defeats in a row there is almost no whingeing about the manner of their defeat. They look forwar...
