It was Catalans we were playing who bring virtually no fans. Surely it will be different when we play teams with an away following as they will be in the North stand?

Anyone know why Bowen is still around? If I was him, especially with our weather at the moment I would be back in Oz already!

I think this is a bit mis leading including CC games as there are a lot of factors that affect the attendance such as, opposition, live on BBC, round of competition etc.

Better comparison would be just SL games.

Makes sense. I know they don't tell the whole story but in the videos on the BBC website the clips of Sam show him training, running around and looking pretty much ok.

Sounds a good idea to me but unfortunately they are sometimes in short supply at the RFL! Perhaps once again it comes down to financing such series - would it draw the crowds when there is already the NZ series?
