Totally agree with regard bringing the youngsters through but I'm also for the here and now. If you have guys playing well and so obviously committed to a club I really think it makes alot of sense to stick with them.

I agree with Welski, I think the youngsters need another season's experience, which one more season with Craig would allow.
Ian, Good point about Faz, but although he probably will end up at prop, I think he's better in the second row for now.
PS. I love the piccy!

There was talk on here about O'Connor going to widnes for his last season at the beginning of the season wasnt there. I wouldnt be surprised if he went just for his last season but it would be a shame, he's been a very good player for us over the years and he's a great character. As for Smith, it would be a shame if we lost him, he's no where near past it yet, still got a few seasons in him.
No point reminiscing of how good O'Connor has been over the years, it's time for him to take his bow in my opinion. Really hope we sort something with Smithy.

The sooner Mo retires the better for Wigan!
Are you a butty short of a picnic?

No, but perhaps you are defending him!
What has his contribution to Wigan been recently other than signing more ordinary aussies than good ones and getting rid of good young players like Briscoe? perhaps he should'nt retire , he should be sacked!
