Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

Wire fans supporting Cats is fine. The footbridge trio were just sad. Some idiot draped a white sheet with the score over a footbridge between Haydock and Wigan on the M6.

Just a bit of harmless fun. I'd have found that funny if I'd seen it.

:) Rob your mad. Who in their right mind upon hearing Cats have beat Wigan goes and gets a bed sheet, daubes the score onto it, jumps in their car, finds a suitable footbridge and hangs their work of art from it. Have they no lives, no Sunday Dinner

Actually Rob we allowed ourselves to get so distracted by them that there was very nearly an accident. Wouldn't have been harmless then, I'm sure.

You asked earlier "who cares?", well I do. These people weren't kids they were older than you! This and other incidents are ruining my enjoyment of the sport. The Wigan hatred is running completely out of control and is being deliberately stoked up in the media. Just listening to Jack Dearden, Stevo and the like makes me sick.

Also, what is your opinion of Wolves' official mascot sporting Catalan's colours? If we had done that we would have been inundated with complaints about how arrogant we are, etc.

I am lucky enough to have been around throughout the so-called glory years. Believe me, there actually wasn't anywhere near the hatred then that there is now. There is a post on RLFans by a Hull fan who hates us more than he hates KR. Where is this coming from?

I understand Saints' joy at our demise, but what have we ever done to harm Wolves, Hull or anybody? IMO the whole situation is going to get out of control. I hope I am wrong but I will predict now that sooner or later some Wigan fans will hit back and there will be trouble.

Combining all this hatred with inept management that has seen us yet again humiliated (at least I told Mo to his face how I felt) and these awful, inconsistent performances and I have had enough. Why put myself through it?

I will not be at Warrington next week. We have paid for a table of 10 for Huddersfield but this may well now stay empty in protest.

I will now sit back and wait for some teenager to tell me how disloyal I am and how I should stand behind the lads and for them to ask me if I left early, etc, etc. (Actually, I left with 2 minutes to go to be certain of being able to give Mo a piece of my mind before he scuttled away.)

This once great club is a total embarrassment. You alluded to a constant (players not doing the basics) earlier. I agreed with you there, but the one true constant is Mo. The coaches and players have changed, our shame - and chief executive - continue.

Jimmy just to be fair on one point. Wolfie had a Wigan shirt on under his Cats one. When he cam around to the Wigan supporters he lifted the Cats one to show us.

The rest of your post is on the money. In a society that is dumb and by and large British society is, the media have a lot to answer for. In all facets of life.

I wasn't aware of this CPW but I accept a degree of mitigation there.Still grates that Wolfie and Briers were photographed in Catalan strips though...

It was poor that Catalan have no mascot / cheerleaders etc etc of their own. The Cats should be the model franchise. However, I suspect it will be one set of rules for expansion clubs and another for heartland clubs.

Did you not go to France cp? They had the full shabang over there, fireworks, a swimming pool and everything! How much would the dragon costume and 8 cheers leaders cost on a plane?
