No he won't

Wait till next season and you'll see how much more Piggy will be able to offer us.

Everything they do is so dramatic and flamboyant. It just makes me want to set myself on fire!

i think he's reffering to the stance piggy pulls when he is about to take goals. Anyone who has the rugby league 2 game looik on the season highlights for the nrl and you will see him kick one from the touch line.

My only concern is his weight, as has been established already wigans "conditioning" seems to be nil so if he is fat to begin with he may struggle

This is a terrible signing for us, he is out of shape and out of favour with his club, they are very pleased to get rid of him with no offers coming from down under for his services. There is no compensation to his old club because of this.

I think there should be compensation to us for taking him to be honest.

Punch line.... A terrible signing

I am indifferent and willing to see how he goes for us before making a judgement. The one piece of information we do not have and will not is the cost.

I don't know enough about him to make a decision and even if I did know more - I would still wait to reserve judgment. How many "stars" have come here and have done nothing but take up the salary cap? DV being the last (and probably worst) offender.

He could be just what we need and it would be useful to have a back up kicker.

I do not know whether he is "out of favour" down under - but the fact remains that he has played in the NRL for long enough to be found out if he wasn't any good - and at 27 he is hardly past it.

Let's just wait and see (with a bit of optimism); rather than condemning a player before he has even had his picture taken wearing a Wigan shirt
