A good coach gets the best out of the person/team he coaches, and I don't believe that this is currently happening, by some distance. Results are what count, and no one can be of the opinion that the current or previous season's results are anywhere near good enough.
You rather contradict yourself with those two paragraphs, bearing in mind the way the Reserves are playing, and the results Wane is getting with them.

Getting results in the reserves is not the same as taking control of the Biggest Club in RL and giving it the shake up that it requires. We almost certainly will have to take a chance on someone, and I was simply stating that Shaun's example as a player (plenty of guts and ability, but poor preparation and discipline), is not what we currently need at he very top of our club.
That said (contradicitng again!?) I definitely agree that he could do a better job than Noble!
Shaun Wane has the respect of all the players in the squad, more than can be said of Mr Noble.
