Crikey, I didn't realise just how long the Abba song was - that's a no no then - we'd all need hymn sheets! We need something short and punchy or some budding Lennon and McCartney to write a few lines for us, how about it all you whizkids out there. I'm not bothered what we sing as long as we carry on making plenty of noise as it must help the players especially when they're struggling or getting tired.

Just been looking on Saints board - Tommy Martyn injured his arm again, could be the thing in the distance is the end of the road for the guy. Going back to original topic Stains fans are looking for new songs to and one of them has had a good idea about the Dad's Army theme song being adapted. Obviously we can't pinch their idea but can anyone think of something similar that is short, recognised by everyone and can be adapted for our own purposes????????

I could see it working, i will think of some clean words ( what else ) that would go.

The other song which is a little naughty with the kiddies about would be a spin off from the "Alice,Alice who the **** is Alice" song we could change it to for example "Bradford, Bradford who the **** is Bradford". Yes i know it is bad and when i think about it maybe its a no,no.

Wigan Song

Watching last night's match and listening to the Leeds fans chorus or should I say drone of 'We're Leeds, Rhino's, We're Leeds Rhinos' it occured to me we could answer them back in a couple of weeks in true Wigan lingo by singing
'We're Wigan tha' knows. we're Wigan tha' knows'
What dy'all think?
