Re: the fans today
the announcemment at the end was along the lines of"please dont damamge the reputation of your club" by what, staying in the ground for a few minutes i could have understood, if we were swearing, fighting with stewards or causing damamge, but really folks, they dont like it and basically they cant do a thing about it.

Re: the fans today
There wasn't any bother from the Wigan fans at all. We were one of the last to move off the stand. the stewards only started to move us after about maybe 15 minutes & everyone moved along as & when they were told to.
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: the fans today
No chance of getting away due to the traffic, so thought we would stop behind for a sing song for about 20 mins.
Was starting to die down until they made the announcement asking the wigan fans to leave the ground
