Leeds are already the team everyone hates, just like everyone hates their football team. I think it's as much to do with the attitude of their fans as it is to the players. Don't you just get sick and tired of their mindless "marching on together" dirge?

He only came on for 10 minutes to get a feel for the first team. Once he settles in and loses his 'new kid on the block' feeling, expect him to turn in the displays he's renowned for in the 20s. He is an absolute beast, comparable to the young Stuart Fielding IMO!KOOCH wrote:And as for young Tom Spencer. What a size at only nineteen years.Did not take a backwards step nor was ever likely to.
Re: Wigan v Leeds
it was quality that boys - top class
big game from the forwards - lots of minutes from Hock which was good - props laid the foundation well
Cant wait until we get up to full strength - putting Prescott and Fielden into the front row - Lauaki back into the second row.
Hansen - what about the size of him - he looks to have put 10kg on in the off season (I know there was a previous thread about this) he looks like a prop now.
Flower not a prop for me - maybe put him back to the second row
Great move to drop spencer in - should do the same again with him next week - if we have Mossop, Lima, Lauaki, hock, Hansen, Lockers in there - there is scope to have a young forward on the bench to give them a fifteen minute run

The best form of defence is attack!!

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
