Bilko won't turn his back on the game or on Wigan. I think there are other factors (based on what he puts on Twitter) that will influence his decision on whether to renew his season ticket. But I think being a Wigan/Rugby League fan is too much a part of who he is - I don't know him personally, I don't know any of you personally, but he can be quite personal in what he writes and this is the impression I get. You can get a sense from what and how people write. He might spend less time on write ups, previews and reviews but I'm sure he'll get to as many games at all levels in the club and sport as he can afford the time/money to do.

I have little doubt that if I had a Premier Sports subscription I'd be more positive, I'd be talking about the game on both sides of the world and I'd have been thoroughly entertained by the NRL. Instead the only rugby I get to watch is for the most part a massive disappointment.

I think that has kept me going this year after deciding to subscribe. Things over here have declined, but I won't stop going to watch Wigan anytime soon because you still get games like last Friday's, like Leeds early in the season home and away, like the derbies. I cling to the hope that the RFL or the clubs will eventually recognise what needs to be done (and I don't think that is go back to what we had pre-SL or even wholsesale pre-licensing)

All i am stating is that i will always be a supporter of Wigan Rugby and will keep going to all the games if i agree with the way its being run or not. I just think its a disgrace that people do the opposite but thats just my opinion and

I too, will always be a supporter of Wigan RL. I too, will keep going to games home & away.
I put off major surgery on my spine until the end of the season to carry on supporting my beloved Wigan, so you cannot say I'm a disgrace because I found this year badly run & officiated!

But you are having a go at people!! You are calling them "a disgrace" for not supporting the team you support.

There is a great deal more to life than a game of RL, football or any other sport for that matter & you shouldn't jump so quickly to denigrate any person who has different views to yourself.

Thanks Josie, I've been reading this and biting my tongue and going off elsewhere before coming back. I have not been a ST holder since the change to summer rugby as I have a life away from WRFL especially during the summer. I get to matches when I can, but am not able to go every week.

I still love Wigan rugby, but like many people am becoming more and more disillusioned with how things are being run (or not) by the RFL. It really gets my goat when people start calling me a disgrace because I don't do as they think fit.

Almost Ron. I'd say the consensus believes that everyone has the freedom of choice to do and think as they see fit. And that choice should not require the approval or disapproval of anyone else!

The game has evolved from 1895 to the present day. My view is that the years since 1996 represent the worst years of its evolution!
