Re: Micky Mac

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

It is not news, just jumping to their own theories whenever a playing is missing from being selected.
So you would advocate scrapping the Rumour Mill?

The question was asked during the commentary on Friday night 'What's up with MM' no one had an answer. :conf:

I daresay WW / Kaii et al will be visiting their office to complain.

Sport is enveloped by conjecture. The internet is just an updated version of the pub tap room or workplace.

So its a debate for those who like a rumour but a argument for those who don't?

Source was Facebook/Twitter lets not kid ourselves, this place has one person who actually has contacts within the club. The rest just regurgitate false rumours from other sites/social media.
I've said this before they should change the name of this section to BS & Lies, cp would be in his element

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.
The above is written below The Rumour Mill in the board index.

I dont see what the problem is, a rumour has been heard and posted on here. Is it true? who knows but if there is no doubt is it a rumour?

rumour (ˈruːmə) or rumor
n
1.
a. information, often a mixture of truth and untruth, passed around verbally
b. (in combination): a rumour-monger.
2. gossip or hearsay
3. din or clamour
4. fame or reputation
vb
5. (tr; usually passive) to pass around or circulate in the form of a rumour: it is rumoured that the Queen is coming.
6. to make or cause to make a murmuring noise

FWIW I do not believe the rumour is correct.

Certainly there has been nothing new to substantiate it since the initial post so let's hope so. Can't one of you much more local people not just go to the training ground and see if he goes in tomorrow and whether he trains or not! Haha, solve all this there and then!
