Time to go. He just simply cant learn from his mistakes! Forever in Mcguires shadow!
Why not at least wait until the end of the season to make judgements like that ?

Played like strangers tonight, but with all the injuries and two players coming back after at least 10 weeks out, and only one game in the last month, continuity was always going to be a problem. Especially with Bowen, Budgie, and Flower missing, as well as Tomkins.

It's to be hoped that a more settled side will perform at the right time - that's when judgements should be made imo.
Wait till the end of the season?

He had 2 weeks rest, went to some crappy MMA session.......and LOST

He had 2 weeks rest again....went to some crappy Union training....AND LOST!!!!!

Both times with pretty much a full team!!!!

Hes an idiot!

'Gone crap at the end' - the double last year that we won, was that at the beginning of the season?

Night night Dave, your predictability has become boring!!
Yes and its going to cost us big this time.

And yes predictably youre a complete cock.

If I want to say something on a FORUM!!!! then ill say it thanks
If you are going to say something Dave at least make sure you back up your argument with suitable evidence. The point you made about the end of season always going crap is ridiculous as we won the double last season.

When did I say you couldn't say something on this forum?

As for the outburst and name calling then I will leave Mike to deal with that as I don't want to humiliate you more than you just have yourself!!

I agree with dave to a certain extent Wane when he first took over was a massively hard task master, but he seems to be a lot "easier" on the team now, could it possibly be that the squad is getting younger? harder to focus? less professional?

You asked for it!!!!!

Yet again I made a comment (completely within the rules) and you were the one causing an insult.

I specifically said that IT WILL COST US THIS TIME!

Dont think iv humiliated myself one bit. Just in response to youre offense. See if Mike runs the rules by this!

For goodness sake, will you all wake up and smell the coffee. Has everyone forgotten Lenegan's comments about Clubcall?
Wane is under instruction from the man who pays his wages. "Do not finish top!"
Having watched tonight's game I assume Leeds were similarly instructed. Saints take the hubcap by default. My predictions of tonight's results were spot on.
And it stinks to high heaven!

You'd have to finish 5th to change the structure of the playoffs in any meaningfull way, so why do you think we don't want to finish top?

IMO we're trying to finish top but not doing a very good job.
I am naive enough to believe sport is sport and anything can happen. I don't think we are trying to avoid top spot, like you I just think we are not doing a good job. Avoiding top two spots means you side step the club call which feels like its been a poison chalice.

I am beginning to wonder what is going on though, for four matches now (Wakey, Bradford, Cas in cup, and now tonight)Wane has spoken in the press of how we were going to have a big game having trained well etc etc and we have lost all the games. Putting the Cas cup game aside our under 19's should have beaten Wakey and Bradford with the crap seasons thy've had, also for the last few weeks he has been going on about wanting top spot, no chance now (if cas lose on Sunday Stains have won LLS).
Either the conspiracy group are correct or we are crap, which I find hard to believe after some of the performances this year eg. Magic Weekend.

I just hope my naivety is true and somehow we find a way to get to and win the GF, which will of course give the Conspiracy Theorists more ammunition. I haven't seen anything in the last few weeks to give me comfort though.

The whole leagues b****cks at the minute.

As well as the refs.

And as for this farce next season hell I might become a Union fan.

I asked to be called a 'complete c***!! WOW

Yes you did say IT WILL COST US THIS TIME!!

But for the third time of pointing it out you also said 'Gone crap at the end' and by winning the double last year it is a pretty silly thing to say is it not?

I hope it isnt true. Really.

But judging on just about every other sport out there either bent on money or performance enhancing drugs then who knows.

For me over the last few seasons the refs have made far too many deliberate and obvious bad calls.

Hope severely for the sport it doesnt end this way.
