They were on about it this afternoon on 5 live, had somebody on from thr RL and Jonathan Davis, who basically said that Ben could get a season long ban. Let's hope the RL are a little more lenient than Davis.

Well the police have got involved and it was implied that it's similar to what happens in many towns after a night out.Martin Offiah said that Police charges would be a punishment too far and that this was a totally different from fighting in the street....They want their pound of flesh don't they?

I imagine if LH doesn't make a complaint the police will drop their investigation. I doubt he will from what he;s said already.
