Radio 5 Live & Ben

Just heard there's a discussion on the GF and THE incident on R5 Live, between 9.00 - 10.00 tonight.

Should be an interesting listen.

They were on about it this afternoon on 5 live, had somebody on from thr RL and Jonathan Davis, who basically said that Ben could get a season long ban. Let's hope the RL are a little more lenient than Davis. :(

Hate the act, but good publicity though. Whens the last time we had this amount of attention.

Maybe more fighting is the way to go. More controversy equals more coverage!

Well the police have got involved and it was implied that it's similar to what happens in many towns after a night out.Martin Offiah said that Police charges would be a punishment too far and that this was a totally different from fighting in the street....They want their pound of flesh don't they?

#what a farce by the police are they going to go back and prosecute all players that punched another player for the last 12 months? 24 months? will Chase be charged with GBH for breaking the jaw?

I imagine if LH doesn't make a complaint the police will drop their investigation. I doubt he will from what he;s said already.

The police will be involved because some fans reported it, it happens all the time in Big Brother... nothing ever happens but they have to follow it up
