The thing is Leeds where pretty poor and that is the only reason we wasn't taken to cleaners, that just shows how poor we where/are and if no one can see that maybe you need to take your tinters off

You miss my point, which is that I thought we showed some spirit to hang in there. That's how it looked to me.

The yardage forward by our props tells the story of why, they were abysmal.

Here we go again.
I suppose everyone is entitled to an opinion whether they go to games or not or even whether they watch them on TV or not. However, I would always value someone's opinion that watches the games regularly in the stands or at least on the TV much more than those that don't.
And again. My opinion is not related to matches that I have been unable to attend, due to working/living away.

But to the impression given out to intelligent and educated individuals by 'Bloke in The Pub' SW, the sorry state of a club like Wigan and the disbelief that there are so many 'sympathisers' left out there.

I'm sick of hearing unintelligent noise from SW and also from a section of this forum. Enjoy yourselves!

Just out of interest, if this were the demise of the local council, would you be so apathetic? Seeing that you bleed Wigan, like they do?

How do you distinguish intelligent and educated posters from those that are not?

I will hazard a guess that SW will be far more RL intelligent and educated than all on here, no matter what some might think. Posting opinions and ideas on a forum is a million miles away from actually running a team at the top level.

Being a first grade top class coach over a number of years takes unbelievable amounts of skills in all aspects, that's why there are so few in all sports in comparison to those that have tried.

Does this mean SW is untouchable, no way, should he go if things don't improve significantly very quickly? Absolutely!!

Does he deserve more respect than some show on here? Again absolutely!!

Well everyone here could match Wane in terms of destroying the house that Madge built, we might even do it with far less arrogance than Wane.

You can tidy, clean even paint a house as much as you want but if you don't pay the bills you will lose that house!!

I think IL is as much to blame as SW, I wouldn't be sad to see either move on at the moment. With a little more ambition financially we could have dominated for years, even with SW in charge. With an even better coach we could have become unstoppable!!

Possibly but I think the players we have young and old are far more capable than the coach, a coach who seems to struggle when signing players (hope that makes sense)

One thing is for sure I had forgotten how sad it is to go into a Saints derby praying we will not get humiliated as opposed to thinking about winning.
