because it's better than the third rate players that are available over here
Does that include the many players from down under or just our own?
When i went to school second best was better than third rate so why don't you work it out Bamber :thum:

Time to close this thread? Waney quoted as saying that recruitment is all but finalised for next season with no more major signings. He stated that several players had been signed to long term deals (although one of them was Dan Sarginson so perhaps we can't believe everything we read) so that's where any spare cap money has gone.

I think some sides have made some good super 8 signings quinlen is a good one and sandow maybe - I think it is a good chance to see some otherwise un realistic signings come over and have a go that probs wouldn't sign long term deals - surprised stains haven't tried it with Graham.

Don't know why we don't try and poach some of the NZ warriors lads over (not sure where they are in the league but if they don't make the playoffs they may want to send us some over) would be exciting to see their backs over here - Shaun Johnson would look great in a Wigan shirt

ah well - I hope we make some good close season signings - saying that if we don't win anything the money might not be as much as we hope
