I'm torn between wanting to give Wane one more year and wanting IL to just pay Castleford to get Powell.

Sack all the SL coaches apart from McDermott and Anderson then
How many teams in SL are capable of winning a trophy? Leeds; Wigan and Saints? possibly Huds if you are being charitable.

We have gone from winning competitions every season to nothing in the last 2 years. Which other clubs does that apply to? Warrington, any others? Smith should go too BTW.

I don't like the over aggressive tactics Wane uses, dropping down on players when they score etc, don't think he is ever going to change this.
Certainly enough ability in the team though and I am sure Wigan won't be too far away next season without or without Wane !!

Irrespective of "value add"?
I thought last week it was about more than just results?

If your Catleford then it is acceptable to win nothing, if you are Wigan and have the players we have it is not acceptable to win nothing. Hope that helps your confusion.

LOL You're all a load of miserable bastards.

We got to the final and the game was balanced on a knife edge right up until the final minute. It was a flip of a coin result and we could of as easily won as lost.

I'm not papering over our deficiencies, but I thought it was a great game and a fair result. It was tight, it was nerve-racking, it had genuine drama and was what you should expect between the two teams that finished first and second. Leeds took their chances well and managed the game brilliantly.

My only issue is we did not play well apart from 10-15 minutes. Leeds were there for the taking and we bottled it. But that game summarises our season to the full.

Great promise
Good at times
Bad at Times
Really Bad at Times
Bit of a comeback
But eventualy falls short of what is needed.

All this can't expect to win pots all the time is a load of rubbish!
Leeds expect to win stuff, Saints do so why shouldn't every Wigan fan?
We claim to be the most famous RL club in the World and set the trend.
Why then are we content to be second best?
I want Wigan winning pots every year and the next one is long overdue!!!!!
