I couldn't say anything about Burgess leaving but obviously when I said players need to leave before we can sign a new prop... frees up a lot of wages.

So are you going to reveal the prop now pal?

I honestly don't know who it is. I have asked several times for a name. I'm praying its Luke Thompson to be honest but I literally have no idea. I just know we have agreed a deal with one that my guy says the fans will be "buzzing" with.

the suspense is killing me to be fair I want to know

That the player we were lining up was the player to replace Burgess if he left?

I knew Wigan were in talks with him to leave and found out on Saturday that it was agreed. but legal teams and everything were involved. my guy isn't stupid he knows I post stuff on here and he specifically said at the start of it all I can not repeat any of it.

Why does it? Surely the quality of the player shouldn't make a difference on whether he can tell you or not?

Burgess leaving should free up enough cap space to allow the signing to take place

will of been the plan all along pal, hopefully still in a position to finalise it. I'm excited at the prospect to be honest. it must be someone top class (hopefully anyway )
