No mate Barret, a friend who works for the Aussie Institute of Sport says it is a done deal.

Maybe not to upset the current squad of players especially Orr,Moran it would be pretty hard knowing your only keeping the shirt warm until the playoffs.

But unless it's Moran that gets the boot (or we lose Dallas or Fletcher before then) there are no overseas slots available for taking on any Aussies for the play-offs. I thought Barrett was a 5/8th, so it should be Orr who goes, but he's British so doesn't create a spot on the quota for Barrett. Sorry, but there'll be no new Aussies until next season unless one of ours gets put out of the game (or we find someone's granny's mother's aunty's pet dog's sister's father who once read a book about Scotland meaning the player can have a UK passport!)
