I for one am glad that we have signed John Pendlebury - he did a job with Halifax and seems to be a great coach in the making.

It seems to me that should Millward fail to turn the season around, then we have a replacement already familiar with the club and players.

And if Millward goes then Farrar must go too - quite what he has done at Wigan is beyond me - apart from turning us from having the best defence in the league to probably the worst

Interviewer: So that obviously means that you're not going to St Helens and you're not going to Leeds?

Frano: I don't know why I would ever want to go to St Helens or Leeds

Not quite the worst...yet! In terms of points conceded, London, Catalans and Castleford are worse.
I expect that to have changed after Friday's game, though! :(

The Wigan club today signed up John Pendlebury who will join the coaching ranks with immediate effect.
I wonder if the club were reading some comments I and others made on here a couple of weeks ago when Pendlebury left his previous club...? :)

I quite agree, Matthew. Pendlebury may be a good signing for the club, but not necessarily for Millward if things don't pick up soon.
