Depends on if you want your regular seat or not I guess, I like sitting where my ST's are, so will always get them through the club, likewise with Grand Final tickets (or they used to be), certain sections are reserved for ST holders before they go on general sale, so you can often get the better seats behind the sticks
I'd prefer my regular seat too, and managed to get it today for the semi. But when I said, might as well buy from the RFL rather than the club, I was referring to GF tickets. Personally i don't like being behind the sticks much.
I sit on half way for my season ticket and prefer the view as you can see everything that is going on, but when it comes to finals I just like to be in the thick of the Wigan fans behind the sticks for some reason, not sure if it is a throw back to my CP days of standing behind the sticks or if it is just an atmosphere thing, plus the side line view tickets are usually much dearer (i'm tight as a wad)

I agree I’m exactly the same.

I too sit on the halfway line since the stadium was opened but at away games & finals I want to be behind the sticks with the rest of the supporters & I’ve always been the same for the atmosphere.

don’t mind having to pay dear for tickets though, I’m not a tight wad, but I won’t pay excessive prices 😊

Just got my tickets for south stand and we’ve been allocated row and seat numbers which we don’t usually get, is the south stand reserved seating for this game ? Not seen it mentioned anywhere

Our 4 was a right palaver. The key to sorting for us is to get all of the season ticket tickets allocated to my account, which seems more difficult than it should be.
Have sorted the grand final ones out separately, and will get in touch with them once things are quieter.
I will also be interested to see what type of ticket my auntie is given for next year: as it’s a computer system it will be interesting whether a may 24 date of birth means we get a free ticket and baby seat…
