I didn't expect there would be as how to make sure the person who has watched one game does not just move to an empty part of the ground to watch another?

I am furuous that there is:

a) No discount for season ticket holders for a one day three game pass.

b) The discount for the 6 game pass is only five quid.

If my season ticket renewal letter has the cheek to say "prices held for another season" or words to that effect I wull be writing to club to complain.

I expect a reduction off the price equal to that of an east stand match day ticket off my season ticket cost.

What price the RFL give every club an equal % of whatever money is available for each club. Hence, Wigan and Leeds lose out whilst the rest gain.

Not that I would but I cannot even imagine sitting in a stadium for so long to watch 3 matches.

Even more than that, I'd have had my regular decent seat with a good view near the 40 metre line, whereas the cheapest seats are going to be behind the sticks and an equivalent view is going to be a £30 ticket. Paying so much money for the privalage of a worse view for a game that I should be getting to see as part of supporting my club by buying a season ticket is not exactly the most appealing idea.

On top of that, how is this going to work logistically? Say one of the games is Wigan vs Saints, both sets of fans might want to sit behind the sticks for their game so will buy tickets there, but then the (examples of other games that might take place the same day) Salford and Hull fans might also want to be behind the sticks for their game, or the Warrington and Catalans fans for their game. We can't all occupy those same seats, so some people are going to have to sit in more expensive seats if they want to go. Fans of the same teams are not likely to be able to sit together where they want, so the atmosphere is going to be pretty strange. I accept that many fans will not want to watch the other games, although I suppose if we're paying so much money for the tickets we might as well try and get our money's worth.

But when you consider we might also be due two trips to France next year, if we also have the hoped-for success in the Cup and Play-Offs then next season could end up costing some people a fortune with this as well.

Yet again, the people who run the sport have shown that they shouldn't be allowed to run a hot dog stand. The torturous journey to Cardiff is one I would only undertake to watch us in a final.

Imagime the fun you would have sitting through London v Hull KR and Wakefield v Catalan. I would hope that everyone would tell them to stuff it. Maybe moves should be made to try and get this stopped. Potentially 12 home games only - it stinks.

I fail to see the purpose of this at all, if Super League is so interested in rugby league in Wales why didn't they accept a Welsh team rather than Les Catalans.

They already expect us to travel to London on a Bank Holiday weekend in August for the Cup Final and now they want us to travel to Cardiff on a Bank Holiday weekend in May.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that hotel rates go up at Bank Holidays!!

At least we won't have to worry about expensive trains down to Cardiff, there will inevitably be engineering work during the Bank Holiday meaning we'll all have to drive or catch coaches...

The hilarious thing is the RFL sound like we should be grateful that Wales want to stage a round and are thanking the Welsh tourism board blah blah.

THE RFL should concentrate on one thing at a time, like getting new sponsors as they currently need at least 2 major sponsors.
