In sport in general I think that this is the .
reason why we don't have alot of world class atheletes

We make our youngsters do too much too soon instead of nuturing them.

I know the salary cap doesn't help the situation.

Was that 'tit' remark directed at me? For the record 2 inches and 2 stones can make a massive difference to a person and their ability!
