Re: George Williams
Yep, the cap accounts are constantly changing, especially at this time of year. When I spoke to my mate a couple of weeks ago he'd just submitted version 10 of the 2023/24 accounts to Kris. They constantly change as contracts are negotiated or players are coming to the end of their contracts. Singo ...

Another great initiative
Last night I had the pleasure of being part of another superb initiative that the club provides. The whole night was a "round robin" of all the different aspects of playing and training, with 20 - 30 mins spent at each training station, all under the guidance of all us that coach within th...

Re: Hamstring injuries... a possible explanation.
I know for a fact that you're wrong (regarding Wigan) because I've seen their strength training programs when I've been coaching players in the Warriors gym . They've even got a machine for measuring hamstring strength

Re: Hamstring injuries... a possible explanation.
I've coached a lot of athletes who have issues regarding tightness/injury to their posterior chain and I'm convinced it's because in modern society we spend so much time sitting down. This causes a weakness in the lower back, it shortens the hip flexor and creates a tension in the glutes that also l...

Re: Kris Radlinski
Speak to those members of staff who report directly to Rad's and get their view. Not just playing and coaching staff but those who he manages directly. I'd rather take their word for how good a leader he is, how infectious his energy and enthusiasm is and how he keeps them motivated, over some peop...

Re: What will Danson do for us?
Things are already massively different in terms of the stadium and how we can use it. Previously, we weren't allowed to use it at all, apart from game day, however, since the purchase by Danson, Rad's has spoken to the stadium "manager" numerous times and told him that Harry Smith is going...

Re: Ian Lenagan to step down as Chairman and Shareholder
There's more to it than that. In the past we've not really signed players from other clubs academies, because of the transfer fee. Plus, when 1st team players at other clubs have been available, but again with a transfer fee attached, we've ummed and ahh'd about signing them. From what I've been to...

Re: Ian Lenagan to step down as Chairman and Shareholder
With Dansen in full control how will signings be different given we reportedly spend up to the cap? The only changes can be: 1 - signing players for transfer fees 2 - going after different types of player than we currently do (I.e proven rather than project). Regardless of the above, Radlinski will...
