Student protests

<t>Got to say well done to the students gor getting off their backsides and having a French style protest.<br/> <br/> Maybe if more of my contemporaries had kicked up such a fuss when Maggie axed student maintenance grants and when Labour (much to my eternal dismay as Labour member) introduced tuiti...

Re: Heinz

<t>Maybe if other people were members of strong unions like the Heinz staff we, in the private sector, wouldn't all be worrying about the lack of decent pensions anymore.<br/> <br/> The public sector employees should be glad that they still have strong unions to fight their cause.<br/> <br/> And bef...

He was by far the best back on the pitch and made a lovely little break with a "show and go" reminiscent of his dad. The commentators seemed as enamoured by his performance as they w...

Re: Sudocrem

Some ointments containing lanolin are known to give allergic reactions. Quick Google search indicates that it is an ingredient in Sudocrem. Would suggest this as a starting point.

Re: Karl pryce

Personally I would have kept Phelps rather than Pryce. He showed a much greater enthusiasm for the game and could cover more positions.

Re: 2011 Fixtures

In the days of no promotion/relegation points deductions are pretty useless as a punishment. The deduction will hamper Crusaders chances of making the play-offs, but these were slim anyway.

Re: Keith Lard turns up in Canberra

Is he related to Monaghan at Warrington. If so it's time to start writing the chants for next season!

For starters, the sound of 20 000 fans barking every time he got the ball would be v funny.

Re: Phelps

Shame Cam's going as I thought he played well at FB until he got injured. As said elsewhere, I'd sooner have seen Pryce go. Maybe he had to go to make room on the cap for Deacs to play on for another season?
